As part of our growth, we are looking for an SDLC AI Architect.

Mission

• Urgent assignment within an AI team (known contact).
• Innovative project based on recent technologies such as AI and O365 Copilot.

Profile sought

• AI experience: minimum 5 years.
• Experience with recent technologies (Copilot, etc.): up to 3 years possible.

Technical environment

The selected architect must understand complex engineering products, architectures, and workflows within XXD&IS to provide support aligned with real development practices and operational constraints.

SDLC Expertise: Proven mastery of SDLC across multiple languages and IDEs, including Instruction files and Custom Agents. Experience as Software Architect, Data Architect, AI Architect, or Platform Architect. Experience with CI/CD platforms. Ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant architectures in enterprise contexts.

Expertise in Agentic AI for Software Development: Expertise in agentic AI applied to software development, including coaching teams on AI-driven agents, autonomous workflows, and AI-augmented development practices aligned with the engineering environment.

Software Engineering Expertise: Strong background in development languages and technologies such as C++, C#, ADA, Java, Python, and CI/CD.

SDLC Knowledge Sharing: Experience conducting workshops, assessments, and coaching. Exposure to GitHub, GitLab, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-powered development tools.

Communication Skills: Ability to interact with multicultural engineering teams. Clear written and verbal English; ability to work in an international environment.

Architecture: Ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant architectures in complex enterprise contexts.
